We enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best scallops I've had the pleasure of eating. The kitchen was even willing to prepare their mussel appetizer without the red pepper flakes so the kids could enjoy them and they were perfect. Our server, Sky, was on point and well informed. Highly recommend!
We came here for an early dinner and were not disappointed. My wife had pistachio crusted whitefish and I had the herb crusted salmon with a blue cheese/Wasabi baked top. So good!! The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Great place!!
I really enjoyed my time in this tavern. The sandwich I had was great and my wife's salad was delicious and fresh. My cream brulee was pretty good. Bathroom is in need of an update, but still clean. Service was good and I liked the overall feel of the place
Been here many times. In fact, I look forward to stopping here every time I am on the Island! I've enjoyed Beef Tips meals and the Pot Roast. Good Meals at Good Prices with Nice Atmosphere, located right Downtown.
I was on the island for two days and ate at Yankee Rebel twice. The first night I had the Whitefish and the second night I had the Salmon. Both were outstanding. I sat at the bar and Daniel made sure everything was just right. I would definitely eat here again next time visiting the island.
We were a group of 7 on the very busy final Saturday on the island. It was very busy but our waitress was very sharp and friendly with all of our variety of food and drink requests. The whitefish bites were delicious. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and pictures are attached. We will return next June for sure during Lilacfest!
The restaurant was very busy for dinner and you had to wait 40 minutes for a table. White fish has a unique flavor and delicate texture. But I don't like the Brussels sprouts 。
On Monday, June 22, 2025, we were on the island for a family trip. There were 17 of us and two dogs. We were headed to a well known restaurant to put our names in to wait for some tables. As we were walking by this restaurant, my sister looked in and realized we could get in right away. I’m so glad we did! My dad and brother in law stayed outside with the dogs. The hostess went above and beyond for us. She brought water out for the guys and for the dogs and made sure they were doing okay. Christina was our waitress and was absolutely wonderful. Between all of us, we got a BLT wrap, BLT sandwich, club sandwich, chicken tenders, Cobb salad, bacon chicken ranch wrap, turkey wrap, a couple of different burgers and a garden flat bread. Everybody raved all day about the food that they got. We are so glad we took a side street and found this wonderful restaurant. If you have time, check them out! The food, atmosphere and service were top notch!
